Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1/4 c. sour cream
    milk (as desired)
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    This can be made ahead, then put in oven just before serving.
