Fried Apple Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. dried apples, pressed
    2 c. sugar or sweeten to taste
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. butternut flavoring
    dough
Preparation
    Put apples in 2-quart container; add 1/2 cup water.
    Cover and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally.
    Add more water, if needed, but only enough to keep apples from sticking.
    Apples are done when they mash easily with fork.
    Add all ingredients and let cool.
