Grandma'S Sour Cream Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1 tsp. minced dried onion
Preparation
    In bowl, combine dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir until moistened.
    Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until bread tests done.
    Yields 9 servings.
    Freeze leftovers in a freezer bag.
