Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. mild salsa
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 box frozen corn
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown chicken.
    Add onion and pepper.
    Add broth and salsa. Bring to a boil.
    Add corn, then rice.
    Turn off and cover for 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese on top and let melt.
