Cream Of Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
parsley, chopped
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. chicken broth
1 c. Carnation evaporated milk
1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
Preparation

Saute onion in butter, blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly.
Stir in chicken and chicken broth.
Bring to a boil.
Boil 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Gradually stir in Carnation evaporated milk.
Heat to a serving temperature (do not boil).
Garnish with chopped parsley.
