Mexican Bean Soup(Frijoles A La Charra) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried pinto beans
    1 small onion
    1 tomato
    1/2 lb. bacon (uncooked)
    small bunch of cilantro (Chinese parsley)
    2 tsp. salt
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 large pod red pepper (optional)
    1 clove garlic
    juice of 1 lemon
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Simmer until guests are ready.
