Skillet Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh scallops
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods
    2 tomatoes, cut into eighths
Preparation
    This is a nice company dish.
