Big Taco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1/4 c. water
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 large tomato, cut up small
    1 head lettuce, shredded
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese, melted
    2 cans tomatoes with green chilies
    1 large bag corn tortilla chips, crushed
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef well, then drain off grease. Stir in 1 package taco seasoning with 1/4 cup water; heat. Serve in layers in this order: meat, lettuce, tomato, onion, crushed chips and cheese sauce (melted Velveeta mixed with tomatoes and green chilies).
