Maine'S Million Dollar Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    12 oz. sweet chocolate
    1 pt. marshmallow cream
    2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients and boil 6 minutes.
    Put the semi-sweet chocolate and the sweet chocolate, marshmallow cream and nuts into a large bowl.
    Pour the boiling syrup over ingredients in the bowl; beat until chocolate is melted.
    Pour into pans; let stand a few hours before cutting.
    Store in tin box.
    Makes about 5 pounds.
