Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 rib celery, chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained well
    2 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    dash of Tabasco
    pepper to taste (no salt needed)
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
    Combine onion and celery with remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Serves 6.
    Better if prepared a day ahead.
    Freezes well.
