Tabbouleh(Middle East Salad) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. Bulgar wheat
1 tsp. cumin seed
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice (2 or 3 fresh lemons)
fresh mint leaves, chopped
1 c. each tomatoes, cucumbers, celery and scallions, chopped
1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
-
Soak wheat in enough water to cover.
Place in fridge until liquid is almost all absorbed (about 3/4 of an hour).
