Cape Cod Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained) or 1 small can Mandarin oranges
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. Port wine (optional)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine gelatin and boiling water.
Stir until dissolved. Blend in cranberry sauce, pineapple (or Mandarin oranges, cut up), nuts and wine.
Mix well.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish; refrigerate until set.
