Microwave Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef, crumbled
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 large can tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. dry red wine
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place ground beef in a 3-quart casserole.
    Microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes or until beef is cooked through, stirring twice; drain.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Microwave, covered, on High for 10 minutes.
    Stir.
    Microwave, uncovered, on Medium-high for 1 hour, stirring twice.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
