Mostaccioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 to 3 c. (1 lb. can) tomatoes
    1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1/2 c. water
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. mostaccioli noodles, cooked and drained
    grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. sliced Velveeta
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add green peppers and onion and cook until tender.
    Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water and seasonings.
    In a 2-quart casserole, layer half the noodles, meat sauce and Velveeta.
    Repeat layers.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake in oven at 350\u00b0
    for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
