Simple Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cole slaw mix
    1 medium sweet red or green pepper, finely chopped
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Yield: 6 servings.
