Old World Sauerkraut Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 strips bacon
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
2 large cans sauerkraut
2 small potatoes, diced
2 small apples, diced
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. caraway seed
3 lb. Polish sausage, cut in 1-inch pieces
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cut bacon in small pieces; fry and drain.
Add flour to drippings and blend.
Stir in sauerkraut.
Mix well.
Place in crock-pot.
Add other ingredients and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours (high, 3 to 4 hours).
