Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef tenderloin
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1/8 tsp. instant minced garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    4 c. cooked noodles
Preparation
    Slice beef into 1 x 1/2-inch strips.
    Brown in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Stir bouillon, catsup, garlic and salt into the skillet; heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in mushrooms and onion.
    Cover and simmer another 5 minutes. Gradually stir in flour.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
    Reduce heat.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Heat through. Serve over hot noodles.
