Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    3 carrots, cut in long thin strips
    1 onion, sliced
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook rice in 1 teaspoon salt and 3 cups water.
    When nearly done, brown hamburger, drain fat and add carrots, onion, salt and pepper.
    Stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender.
