Chicken Sevilla - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 whole chicken breasts, halved or 1 whole chicken, cut into serving pieces
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    2 navel oranges
    fresh dill
Preparation
    Heat butter and oil in skillet.
    Add chicken, skin side down, and cook for 10 minutes on medium-high.
    Turn and cook 5 minutes. Add green pepper, tomato, oranges (separated into segments and cut in half).
    Add to chicken; cover and cook over low heat for 40 minutes.
