Apple Fudge Nut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell
    2 c. thinly sliced apples
    1 c. toasted walnuts *
    1/2 c. butter (at room temperature)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar, well packed
    2 eggs, separated
    2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    whipped topping
Preparation
    *Toast walnuts in 300\u00b0 oven 3 to 5 minutes.
