Crazy Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
4 c. popped corn
1 c. pecans
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, margarine and corn syrup.
Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Add nuts when thermometer reaches 245\u00b0 and continue to cook and stir constantly until syrup reaches 290\u00b0.
Add vanilla and pour over popped corn in large bowl.
Mix with 2 large spoons until coated.
Spread on a baking sheet or wax paper.
Cool.
Break apart.
Store in a tightly covered container.
