Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, beaten
2 slices bread, cubed
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. sausage, browned
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients and set in refrigerator overnight.
Bake in 8 x 8-inch pan, uncovered, on middle rack in 350\u00b0 oven 45 minutes. (May be doubled.)
