Tojo'S Wacky Wok Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    2 carrots, cut in strips
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. cauliflower, chopped
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 can chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    red wine vinegar or soy sauce to taste
    2 to 3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Pour oil into wok.
    Heat on high.
    Add chicken; season with a dash or two of red wine vinegar or soy sauce.
    Stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add fresh vegetables.
    Cover; cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently.
    Mix broth and cornstarch; pour over stir-fry.
    Serve on bed of rice.
