Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size sirloin tip roast
    1 bottle Kraft original barbecue sauce
    juice from meat
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put roast in heavy skillet; brown on low to medium heat until well browned on both sides.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Put in oven uncovered at 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0; cook about 2 to 3 hours or until done, keeping about 2 to 3 cups of water in it.
    Slice in thin slices; place in casserole dish.
    Mix barbecue sauce and some juice where meat was cooked.
    Bring to a boil and pour over meat and heat.
    It can sit overnight and be heated the next day.
