Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. water
    1 medium garlic clove, chopped extra fine
    1/4 c. Romano cheese
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    6 large eggs
    handful celery leaves, chopped
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Moisten bread crumbs with water.
    Put everything else, except oil, in bowl and mix loosely.
    Shape into golf balls and fry a few at a time in the oil, until they are pretty brown.
    Save drippings for Italian sauce.
