Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
2 Tbsp. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix
with
hands;
roll out on floured board.
Cut with cutter.
Bake about 15 minutes at 400\u00b0 in oven.
