Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
Bake in a 9-inch pie pan for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool for 20 minutes.
As cake cools, it will make a well.
Mix together the sour cream, remaining vanilla and sugar.
Spread on cooled mixture.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0 until set.
Keep refrigerated.
May be topped with any canned pie filling mix.
