Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 large clove garlic, crushed
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Arrange chicken in single layer in 12-inch skillet.
Stir remaining ingredients together.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and let simmer gently, turning several times until chicken is tender, about 40 minutes.
Remove chicken and keep warm.
Boil liquid in skillet until dark brown and thickened, about 5 minutes.
Spoon over chicken.
