Denver Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
    4 ounces (1 cup) shredded swiss cheese
    1/2 cup diced ham
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1 tomato, thinly sliced, if desired
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    Generously grease 9-inch pie pan. In medium bowl, combine eggs, onion powder, thyme, salt and pepper; beat well.
    Stir in potatoes, cheese, ham and green pepper; pour into prepared pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
    Garnish with tomato slices. 6 servings.
