Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) bags frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Let hash browns sit out about 30 minutes before mixing with remaining ingredients. Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
