Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 to 2 c. meat (hamburger, ground turkey, sausage, etc.)
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 c. cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Put into a greased 10-inch pie plate.
Combine remaining ingredients and beat.
Spread over meat mixture and bake 30 to 40 minutes in a 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven.
May add green pepper or other vegetables if desired.
