Unbelievable Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 tsp. orange rind
1 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. heavy cream

Preparation

Mix the first 6 ingredients well.
Add 6 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.
Add egg yolks and cream.
Beat well. Pour into a spring-form pan.
Bake at 500\u00b0 for 20 minutes and reduce heat to 200\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes more.
Cool and do not remove spring-form until cake is cold.
