Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, cooked and drained well
    1 grated carrot
    1 onion, chopped and microwaved until tender
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Stove Top dressing (chicken or turkey)
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    To cooked squash, add carrot, onion, soup and sour cream.
    Mix seasoning packet and bread cubes in dressing together.
    Pour melted margarine over dressing and mix well.
    Add 1/2 of dressing to squash mixture and spoon into buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle remaining dressing over top of casserole.
    Bake, covered, in a 7 x 11-inch casserole at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
