Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
2/3 c. Crisco
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation

Mix flour, Crisco, sugar and 3/4 cup milk for 2 minutes.
Add unbeaten eggs, 1/2 cup milk and flavoring.
Beat for 3 more minutes.
Pour in three 9-inch greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Let cake cool.
Use Seven Minute Icing and fresh grated coconut to ice.
