Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    1 beaten egg yolk
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 stiffly beaten egg white
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Combine egg yolk and milk; stir into dry ingredients.
    Blend in salad oil.
    Fold in egg white, leaving a few fluffs.
    Don't overmix.
    Bake in preheated waffle baker according to manufacturer's directions.
