Spicy Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. chopped, unpeeled cucumber
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. sliced green onion
3/4 c. spicy vegetable juice
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, green pepper and green onion.
Set aside.
In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour over cabbage mixture; toss gently.
Cover and chill for 2 hours.
Stir before serving.
Yields 12 servings.
