Pumpkin Doughnut Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, nonfat dry milk, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    In large bowl, with mixer at medium speed (or with spoon), beat eggs well; beat in shortening, sugar, then pumpkin and vanilla.
    Add flour mixture, alternating with orange juice; beat just until smooth.
    Refrigerate 1 hour or longer.
