Nocha Kabab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless beef, cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes
    1-1/2 tsp. ginger/garlic paste
    1 tsp. green chili paste
    1-1/2 tsp. salt
    Pinch turmeric
    2 Potatoes, boiled and mashed
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 tsp. cumin powder
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
    1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
Preparation
    Wash beef and combine with ginger/garlic paste, green chili paste, salt, and turmeric.
    Add 1 cup of water and cover; place over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
    Turn down the heat and cook until the beef is tender and water has dried up.
