Poor Man'S Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. hamburger
3 Tbsp. curing salt (Morton's Tender Quick salt)
2 1/2 tsp. coarse pepper
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed or dry mustard
2 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Mix and knead. Refrigerate for 3 days.
Knead and mix each day.
Fourth day set oven at 160\u00b0 and bake 9 hours.
Turn loaves after 4 1/2 hours.
Use broiler pan.
