Peach Cobbler For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. sliced fresh peaches
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    Biscuit Topper
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients; add peaches.
    Cook and stir until bubbly.
    Add butter and lemon juice; pour into 2 individual casseroles.
    Add Biscuit Topper.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
