Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 well beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    8 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl combine flour and salt.
    Beat egg with shortening and add to flour mixture.
    Add water and vinegar.
    Mix well.
    Roll out between 2 pieces wax paper.
    Makes three 9-inch pie shells.
