Gerbish'S Wisconsin Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. dry toasted bread cubes
3 to 3-1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. chopped celery
1 large onion, chopped fine
2 medium apples, cored and chopped fine
1/2 lb. ground sirloin, cooked, well-drained, and crumbled fine
1 can (4 to 5 oz.) chopped black olives
3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
4 to 6 oz. of margarine, melted in the hot broth
Preparation

Mix all together very well and put into greased baking pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
