Chipped Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 1/2 oz. jar chipped beef, chopped
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    4 spring onions, chopped fine, including tops
Preparation
    Mix and top with chopped nuts (pecans).
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until it bubbles.
    Serve hot with crackers.
