Cracker Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    2 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. coarse saltine crackers, crushed
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a 2-quart pan, beat egg yolks.
    Add sugar, crushed cracker crumbs, coconut, milk and vanilla.
    Cook until thick and put in buttered baking dish.
