Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    1 1/2 c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornmeal.
    Add melted margarine, eggs, vinegar and vanilla, beating after each addition.
    Stir in pecans.
    Bake in uncooked pie shell at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
