Ingredients

3/4 c. farina
5 eggs, separated
3/4 stick butter
4 1/2 c. milk
sugar
Preparation

Make farina for 6 servings and add 3 to 5 tablespoons sugar. After farina is thickened, add the egg yolks and butter.
Mix well and set aside.
Meanwhile, beat the egg whites until thick and add 2 tablespoons sugar, a little at a time.
Fold into farina mixture.
Let cool and serve cold.
Top with Cherry Soup.
