Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium bananas)
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. milk
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. Calumet baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. Baker's German's sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Stir eggs, bananas, oil and milk until well blended.
    Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; stir until just moistened.
    Stir in chocolate and nuts.
    Pour into well-greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake for 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan to cool on wire rack.
