Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. oil (vegetable)
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine eggs, zucchini, oil
    and sugar; beat well.
    Add remaining
    ingredients, blending
    together\twell.
    Bake
    in
    2 greased and floured loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
