Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 jalapeno peppers
    5 yellow chili peppers
    5 large green chiles
    4 large cans stewed tomatoes
    1 carrot
    1 white onion
Preparation
    Drain tomatoes and puree in food processor.
    Save liquid for spaghetti sauce.
    Wash and seed peppers.
    Process fine with carrot and onion.
    Add pepper to tomatoes with 3/4 cup white or apple cider vinegar, celery seed, cumin seed, garlic powder, curry powder, parsley and 2 rounded tablespoonfuls of salt.
