Asparagus Casserole Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can asparagus
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped pimentos, drained
    3 eggs
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Drain asparagus, reserving liquid.
    Cut asparagus into 1-inch pieces.
    Combine asparagus and reserved liquid with next 5 ingredients in 2-quart casserole; mix well.
    Drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
